The candles that come back.
A candle isn't a product.
It's a small ritual.
We pour in batches of 200 or less. Every jar is wicked by hand, cured for two weeks, and labeled the morning it ships. It's slow. It has to be.

All 30 products, one file, zero CMS.
The catalogue lives in a single typed module — lib/products.ts — and is served read-only through Next.js API routes so the same data drives static pages, the shop filter, and JSON endpoints. No database, no headless CMS, no third-party store. The schema is intentionally close to a Shopify product payload, so swapping it for a real Storefront API is a one-file change.
Stack: Next.js 15 (App Router, RSC), TypeScript, Tailwind, React Context for cart state with localStorage persistence, serverless functions on Vercel. Images are public JPGs at four aspect ratios. The cart can add, remove, and persist — checkout is a deliberate stop sign.
The collections

Signature
The 12 candles we pour year-round. If you only ever try one, try one of these.

Seasonal
Made in small batches for the months they're meant for. They leave when the season does.

Apothecary
Single-batch experiments with friends who actually know what they're doing.
New
Newest pours. Limited runs.
The new drops
A short essay on smelling things, slow.
On lighting candles with intention, layering scents through a room, and the small art of paying attention.

Slow burn, fast fans.
"I have not bought a candle that wasn't Slowburn in fourteen months. The Tobacco & Honey is the only one my partner will let me light."
"Genuinely the most thought-out candles I've ever owned. The burn is even, the throw is real, and the glass is something I'm keeping on the shelf after."
"We gave a set of three as a wedding gift and got two phone calls asking where they were from. That kind of compliment is rare."
